Power BI Analyst at BairesDev As a Power BI Analyst at BairesDev, you will be a key driver of data\-driven decision\-making, transforming complex business data into strategic insights. You'll leverage advanced Power BI skills to develop comprehensive analytical solutions, working closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver impactful visualizations and reports. What You'll Do: \- Create and maintain sophisticated interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. \- Design and implement advanced data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple sources. \- Conduct in\-depth data analysis to uncover complex business insights and trends. \- Develop and optimize data models and visualization strategies for complex business requirements. \- Mentor junior team members and contribute to data analytics best practices. \- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
