BI Analyst at BairesDev As a BI Analyst, you'll transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll build dashboards and reports, analyze data trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions. What You'll Do: \- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools. \- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. \- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions. \- Create and maintain data models and documentation for BI solutions. \- Optimize queries and reports to ensure performance and accuracy. \- Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards. What We Are Looking For: \- 3\+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis. \- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. \- Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts. \- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. \- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. \- Advanced level of English.
