Established in 1991, ALTIOS International is a leading firm focused on global expansion and cross\-border investment services for SMEs and middle\-market companies. We are looking for a person interested **in financial planning, reporting** and **analysis** to join our Corporate Services team in Sao Paulo. ****MISSIONS**** You will be part of a **multi\-cultural team** and deal with **international clients** and companies. Your role will be to assist the Head of Corporate Service on different missions, to help with operational daily tasks with supervision. **You** will also take part in the development of the team in terms of **processes, tools and management** . This is a very versatile position far from the typical ‘accountant’ position or ‘legal’ position. You will perform very **diversified tasks** as we position ourselves as a ‘subsidiary Management’. There is also much room to **grow** within this position, take on more **responsibilities** , and **develop new areas of expertise** . You will **assist the Head of Corporate Services in the financial management of the team and its clients:** * Preparing budgets and forecasts, and following up on actual vs. budget variances * Producing monthly management reporting (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) for clients and headquarters * Supporting the monthly closing with the accounting team: accruals, provisions and reconciliations (bank, Interco, clients) * Monitoring cash position, cash flow forecasts and working capital * Managing accounts payable: checking and registering supplier invoices, scheduling and processing payments, and controlling due dates and withholding taxes * Managing accounts receivable: issuing client invoices, following up on collections and overdue balances, and reporting on aging * Analysing costs and profitability by client, project and service line * Preparing reporting packages in English for foreign headquarters (IFRS / local GAAP) ****PROFILE**** * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP\&A, controlling or corporate finance, ideally in an BPO firm, consulting firm or multinational company. * Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. * Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables) and experience with ERP; Power BI would be a plus. * Solid knowledge of financial statements, Brazilian accounting and IFRS. * Fluent English is required; French would be a plus to communicate with our clients. * Analytical, proactive and autonomous state of mind, with the willingness to take initiatives and suggest solutions. * Available as soon as possible ****WHY JOIN US?**** * Conviviality and passion for international business are part of our DNA, in all our subsidiaries. * The company is growing rapidly but remains on a human scale and places its employees at the heart of their project. * Our consulting activity is multidisciplinary and adapted to the needs of each client. * We offer a dynamic work environment to our talents and are committed to creating a caring atmosphere. * Our agility allows us to have varied missions and to learn every day. **Additional Information** The position is based in Sao Paulo \& is a full\-time permanent position.
