InterMoor is looking to add a **Tendering Coordinator** to the team. The Tendering Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the end\-to\-end tendering and proposal process, ensuring the timely submission of accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals. The role supports the Commercial Manager in identifying business opportunities, organizing tender activities, coordinating inputs from internal departments and international teams, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company procedures. The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area. **\*\*Please submit Resumes/CVs in English.\*\*** **Duties** * Coordinate the preparation of proposals and responses to tenders, ensuring alignment with client and company requirements * Manage the submission schedule to ensure all deadlines are met * Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather necessary information and develop competitive proposals * Analyze and review tender terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities * Utilize Microsoft CRM to manage and analyze customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports * Prepare and present reports on sales performance, and business forecasts **Required** * Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field * Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role * Vessel charter bid pricing experience * Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, attention to detail, and strong communication skills * Knowledge of tender practices and regulations in the offshore sector * Fluent in English
