**Principal Accountabilities** * Manage supplier contracts related to Facilities and Real Estate Services, including vehicle leasing and construction works. * Manage construction and renovation projects, including supplier coordination, budget follow up and timelines. * Coordinate the inventory of fixed/immobilized assets. * Manage internal visual communications across the workplace. * Support the planning and execution of internal corporate events. * Complete ESG/sustainability reporting. * Manage supplier engagement processes with relevant stakeholders. * Coordinate corporate travel operations and reporting, consolidating data from travel suppliers. * Ensure compliance with local Health \& Safety regulations and internal policies. * Manage incident/accident reporting, investigation and corrective actions. * Support Health \& Safety training and awareness programs for employees. * Support CIPA activities and coordinate fire safety, evacuation plan and emergency response procedures. * Manage and support Third Party Risk management control. * Maintain documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections. **Requirements** * Facilities Management certification or degree. * Negotiation skills. * Ability to manage risk responsibly. * Ability to strengthen stakeholder relationships. * Problem\-solving, planning and delivery skills. * Ability to use business processes and systems.
