Lead Data Engineer (SQL) at BairesDev As a Lead Data Engineer (SQL), you will spearhead the development, optimization, and management of robust database systems to power our enterprise applications. You will act as a key technical guide, ensuring high\-performance data processing while aligning database strategies with organizational needs. **What You'll Do** * Mentor database developers and collaborate with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. * Design and document high\-performance relational data models and database schemas. * Develop, test, and maintain complex database objects including stored procedures, functions, and triggers. * Analyze query execution plans to diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement indexing and tuning strategies. * Manage database transaction control, ensuring concurrency, data integrity, and proper isolation levels. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Database Development, Data Engineering, or a related field. * Proven expertise in SQL Server development and advanced T\-SQL engineering. * Strong hands\-on experience building complex stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. * Solid understanding of query optimization, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis. * Experience with relational data modeling, normalization, and transaction management. * Advanced proficiency in English.
