Senior IT Business Analyst at BairesDev In this role, you'll partner with business and IT stakeholders to spot opportunities for AI and automation across enterprise processes and turn them into clear, prioritized requirements. You'll map processes, weigh value against effort, and keep delivery moving, with a close view of how finance and IT work together. It's your opportunity to shape which ideas become real improvements at a large enterprise. **What You'll Do** * Identify business opportunities for AI and automation across enterprise processes. * Gather requirements from business and IT stakeholders. * Map processes and prioritize initiatives by value against effort. * Write acceptance criteria and project manifests. * Manage the delivery backlog and align stakeholders across finance and IT. **What We Are Looking For** * 4\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments. * Background identifying business opportunities for AI and automation. * Skill in requirements elicitation with business and IT stakeholders. * Proficiency in process mapping and prioritizing by value against effort. * Hands\-on work writing acceptance criteria and project manifests. * Familiarity with backlog management in Jira or similar tools. * Understanding of stakeholder mapping across finance and IT. * Knowledge of Oracle E\-Business Suite finance processes, such as P2P, O2C, or R2R. * Advanced proficiency in English.
