QA Automation Technical Lead (Java) at BairesDev We are looking for a QA Automation Technical Lead to work in a functional role. You will collaborate with Product teams to support quality assurance processes, testing integration, and acceptance criteria. In this position, you'll help identify important test cases for automation and work with Jenkins for test execution. What You Will Do: * Support quality assurance and test automation strategies. * Work with Product teams to define quality standards. * Identify key scenarios for test automation. * Help develop automated test frameworks using Java. * Work with Jenkins pipelines for test execution. * Oversee testing modules, including design and integration. * Provide guidance to the QA automation team. * Evaluate testing technologies and recommend improvements. What we are looking for: * Experience in QA Automation with Java. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and team collaboration. * Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools. * Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. * Background in developing automated testing solutions. * Understanding of testing methodologies. * Good communication skills for technical discussions. * Team leadership abilities. * Spanish language skills. * Good level of English.
