Analytics Engineer (Power BI \& Microsoft Fabric) at BairesDev Take on the role of Analytics Engineer and power business reporting with well\-structured data and clear visuals. You will manage the path from data platform to dashboard. **What You'll Do** * Model and prepare data in a unified platform for reporting needs. * Create semantic models that define measures and relationships consistently. * Design interactive dashboards that highlight key business insights. * Optimize refresh schedules and report performance for a smooth experience. * Apply governance and access controls to protect sensitive information. * Gather requirements from stakeholders and iterate on reports with them. **What We Are Looking For** * 4\+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence. * Proven expertise building reports and semantic models with Power BI. * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines and lakehouse features. * Strong SQL and DAX skills, with a solid understanding of data modeling. * Advanced proficiency in English.
