If this way of working resonates with you, come join us. **What you will do:** * Design, develop, test, and implement complex Data Science models and algorithmic systems to generate business value; * Lead large\-scale Data Science initiatives from proof of concept (POC) through production deployment; * Design and structure reusable codebases, applying Data Science best practices to ensure the sustainability of the technical portfolio; * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop scalable, sustainable solutions; * Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to build and deliver valuable analytical solutions; * Document and communicate the design, functionality, and results of analytical models and solutions to different audiences; * Ensure timely delivery, testing, and ongoing maintenance of developed solutions; * Communicate data insights and demonstrate business value to stakeholders; * Serve as a technical lead and key point of contact for Product Managers, business partners, and other collaborators; * Share technical knowledge, tools, and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning. **What we are looking for:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience designing, developing, evaluating, testing, and implementing complex Data Science models and algorithmic systems; * Ability to lead Data Science initiatives end to end, from proof of concept through production; * Knowledge of software development best practices, reusable code design, and scalable, sustainable solutions; * Ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions; * Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers; * Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts, analytical results, and insights to different audiences; * Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring professionals, and sharing knowledge. **Nice to have:** * Experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow; * Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, including regression, clustering, Random Forest, and neural networks; * Experience with optimization models, graph\-based problems, and Google OR\-Tools; * Knowledge of feature engineering and dimensional modeling; * Experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation; * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including key\-value databases; * Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Data Studio; * Knowledge of or experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). **Where you will work:** * This is a 100% remote position. **Hiring models:** * Cooperative **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Meal/Food Allowance Caju multi\-benefit card (credit format), offering flexibility for everyday needs.
