Used globally across sectors such as energy and industry, the platform powers the operations of some of the world’s largest companies. **About the role**: We are looking for a **Midlevel Data Analyst** to turn complex industrial and operational data into clear, reliable insights that drive decisions for our customers and our business. As part of the Analytics team, this professional will explore and consolidate data from multiple sources, build dashboards and visualizations on the Intelie LIVE® platform, and partner closely with customers, developers, and designers to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business sense, communicates findings clearly, and is eager to share knowledge and support the growth of more junior analysts. **Job Responsibilities** * Data Exploration \& Consolidation: Understand and analyze data sources, evaluate their structures, reconcile data from different sources, and consolidate them into reliable datasets that add value to the business. * Dashboards \& Visualization: Design and build dashboards and visualizations that deliver relevant views from the business point of view, proposing new forms of analysis and visualization solutions. * Data Quality \& Integrity: Ensure data integrity across all phases (construction and consumption), structure data capture procedures with customer and internal teams, and validate numbers and indicators together with the business area. * Analysis \& Insights: Deepen analysis to understand unusual business events, recommend solutions to the problems brought by customers, and indicate which team is best positioned to address them (e.g., Delivery or Product). * Customer \& Stakeholder Partnership: Interact with customers to validate needs and deliveries, contribute to roadmap prioritization together with stakeholders and product teams, and translate customer demands to the development team, working in partnership with Front\-End Developers and Designers. * Knowledge Sharing \& Mentoring: Support and guide junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices within the company and with customers, and champion a data\-driven culture and information\-based decision\-making. * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving the operation, processes, and best practices of the Analytics team. **Education, Knowledge, Hard Skills \& Abilities** * Advanced English; * Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar); * Proficiency in at least one data\-oriented programming language (Python, R, SQL, or similar); * AI skills: experience using AI tools and automation workflows to enhance data analysis, reporting, and productivity; * Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly to technical and non\-technical audiences. **Nice to Have Skills** * Degree in Exact Sciences, Engineering, or Technology (or similar field of study) or equivalent practical experience; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; * Knowledge of statistical analysis and data processing (descriptive statistics, inference, regression, and clustering techniques); * Experience working with industrial or Energy\-sector data. **Soft Skills** * Autonomy * Teamwork * Communication * Customer focus * Critical thinking * Problem solving * Business acumen * Innovation Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$6,000\.00 \- R$6,300\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rio de Janeiro, RJ
