QA Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) **Location:** Nearshore preferred \| Central Time coverage **Experience:** 8 12 years QA, including 3\+ years leadership **Start:** 2nd week of November **Job Summary** Seeking a hands\-on **QA Lead** to lead quality engineering for a large\-scale retail **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)** platform. **Responsibilities** * Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing. * Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross\-functional teams. * Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases. * Lead and enhance Playwright \+ TypeScript automation. * Manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting. * Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics. * Support production releases and after\-hours validation when required. * Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer. Mandatory Skills * QA leadership for large\-scale e\-commerce applications. * Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) testing or comparable commerce platform. * Playwright \+ TypeScript * TestRail \& BrowserStack * JMeter performance/load testing. * API and end\-to\-end integration testing. * Regression and production validation. * GitLab or similar CI/CD tools. * Agile/Scrum and distributed team leadership.
