About the project Synergy Media Space and AK\-ARCHITECTURE are joining forces on architecture projects between France, French Guiana and Brazil. We share the same equatorial climate and the same building challenges, and we want to bring together the know\-how developed on both sides. AK\-ARCHITECTURE is a firm of Architects and Engineers and a recognised reference in BIM. Its dual Architect \& Engineer expertise covers a wide range of skills, with a holistic approach to every project: aesthetic quality; integration into the site; spatial organisation; structure; energy performance; cost control and profitability objectives. Your mission As a Senior Architect, you will take an active part in all design and delivery phases of the projects, including: * Design and follow\-up of buildings open to the public (schools, public facilities, commercial buildings). * Design of office buildings. * Compliance with regulations (accessibility for people with reduced mobility, fire safety). * Technical coordination with all project stakeholders. * BIM modelling and project management. * Contribution to the quality, energy performance and profitability of operations. Your profile * Senior architect with at least 7 years of experience. * Solid experience with buildings open to the public. * Strong experience in office building design. * Very good knowledge of accessibility and fire safety regulations. * Excellent technical building knowledge: electrical standards, BIM, etc. * Mastery of Archicad (required); Lumion and Microsoft Office. * Experience designing for hot and humid climates is a strong asset. * Fluent English required. French is a plus. * Driving licence. * Available within 3 months.
