Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and debug test programs and fixtures for new product introductions (NPI) and existing products. * Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to define test requirements and validate test coverage. * Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve test yields and product reliability. * Perform root cause analysis on test failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence. * Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and accuracy. * Develop and maintain documentation related to test procedures, specifications, and test reports. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and equipment. * Support production lines by troubleshooting test issues and providing technical assistance. * Contribute to the selection and evaluation of new test technologies and equipment. **Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. * Experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment. * Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles. * Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C\#, LabVIEW). * Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators. * Familiarity with manufacturing test methodologies and quality control principles. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. , BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e\-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e\-mail with a jabil.com e\-mail address.
