Recruiting Specialist

Location: Rio de Janeiro Apply now What you can expect The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for recruiting candidates to fill open job positions, within multiple departments or within the defined area of responsibility. This role is also responsible for the sourcing of candidates, by utilizing various methods, and perform interviews to asses candidates on their qualifications is part of this function. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct initial interviews with all internal and external qualified candidates, make recommendations to Hiring Managers, and schedule interviews. * Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss existing and upcoming needs in close cooperation with the Regional/Sectoral HR Manager and/or the HR Business Partner. * Mantain close communication with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the job requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. * Provide information about the current status of all recruiting projects to the Regional/Sectoral HR manager and/or HR Business partner as well as the Hiring Manager. * Provide recruiting advice (channel selection, interview\- and selection process) to the Regional/Sectoral HR manager and/or HR Business partner as well as the Hiring Manager. * Draft, align and post job adds on various channels. * Source and engage with candidates through internal postings, employee referrals, websites, social media, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, and other alternative recruiting methods. * Screen resumes and create a long\-list to discuss with Hiring Manager. * Manage quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System. * Facilitation of background check process. * Being the focal point for all candidate questions and ensure all pre\-boarding requirements are communicated to selected candidates and compliance requirements are met before their first day. * Identify and participate in recruitment initiatives such as career and staffing fairs. What you will bring * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within a multinational or regional environment. * Experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to selection and offer stages. * Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment channels, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. * Good knowledge Applicant Tracking Systems * Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring strategies. * Excellent communication skills to ensuring open and honest exchanges with internal stakeholders and external candidates * Good Organization, Planning and Time Management skills * Understanding of industry Best Practice in recruitment, Direct sourcing channels, and stakeholder management * Sound knowledge of Employment / labor law and understanding of Data Protection requirements * Advanced English is required * Spanish is a plus.
