We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to oversee high\-volume hiring for BPO, contact\-centre, and customer service operations in Egypt. Key Responsibilities * Lead mass recruitment initiatives to meet business growth and staffing requirements. * Manage recruitment teams and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets. * Collaborate with operations and business leaders on workforce planning. * Track recruitment KPIs, hiring costs, recruiter productivity, and joining ratios. * Build effective sourcing channels and manage recruitment agencies and vendors. * Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency. Requirements * Significant recruitment leadership experience in BPO, contact centres, or customer service operations. * Proven expertise in mass hiring and leading recruitment teams. * Strong understanding of the Egyptian talent market and local hiring practices. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred. * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
