**About the Role** **We are looking for a Head of AI Solutions \& Delivery** to lead the Ad Intelligence Data Science and Data Engineering capabilities, ensuring that priority AI use cases are transformed into robust, scalable, and widely adopted solutions. **This position plays a key role in Project Blue, overseeing the end\-to\-end delivery of AI solutions, from use\-case definition and experimentation to application integration, deployment, supervised operation, scaling, and continuous improvement.** **The professional will act as the primary AI counterpart to application\-development teams, ensuring that AI outputs, controls, and workflows are successfully integrated into Ad Intelligence production systems.** **The role involves close collaboration with Product, Operations, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Finance, and external delivery partners, with accountability for technical quality, delivery decisions, team effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.** **Responsibilities** **AI Portfolio \& Project Blue Delivery** * Own the Ad Intelligence AI delivery roadmap, aligning Project Blue priorities with use cases, milestones, capacity, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. * **Lead stage\-gate decisions from discovery and experimentation through production deployment and market rollout.** * **Maintain visibility into delivery status, quality, costs, risks, readiness, dependencies, and key decisions.** * **Provide clear, evidence\-based updates to Project Blue sponsors and governance forums.** **Technical Direction \& Quality** * Translate complex business and operational challenges into coordinated AI, data, integration, and application\-development deliverables. * **Define and communicate technical direction across data, modelling, prompts, evaluation, pipelines, APIs, event contracts, application integration, and production architecture.** * **Review technical deliverables, challenge quality where necessary, and remove blockers to ensure effective delivery.** * **Balance delivery speed, simplicity, architecture, security, maintainability, cost, and scalability.** **Additional Information:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Brazilian employment contract). * **Work Model:** Fully Remote. * **Location Requirement:** Candidates must reside in Brazil. -
