Senior Pre\-Sales Technical Consultant – Digital Connectivity **Location:** Faria Lima, São Paulo, Brazil **Work Model:** Hybrid **Travel:** Up to 20% **About IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST)** IDEMIA IST develops secure technologies that enable trusted interactions across the physical and digital worlds. Within our Digital Connectivity business, we support customers with technologies and solutions that enable secure mobile connectivity and connected services. **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Pre\-Sales Technical Consultant to join our Digital Connectivity team in São Paulo. In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between IDEMIA and its customers, leveraging your expertise in SIM/eSIM technologies to understand technical requirements, recommend suitable solutions, support business development, and ensure successful technical implementation. You will work closely with customers and cross\-functional teams, combining technical expertise, problem\-solving capabilities, and a customer\-oriented mindset to deliver reliable solutions and support the evolution of customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the main technical point of contact between IDEMIA and its customers. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable SIM/eSIM solutions. * Support sales activities by preparing technical presentations, proposals, and tender responses. * Coordinate technical requirements, product selection, implementation, and customer validation. * Lead technical troubleshooting and coordinate the resolution of product quality issues. * Work closely with customers and internal teams to improve solutions and address evolving technical requirements. **Required Qualifications:** * Significant experience with SIM cards, eSIM, and/or eUICC technologies. * Experience in telecommunications or digital connectivity. * Strong technical troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent customer\-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into solutions. * Spanish proficiency and advanced conversational English. * Availability to travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid model in São Paulo. **We offer:** * CLT Contract * Assistência Médica (Bradesco Saúde) * Assistência Odontológica * Seguro de Vida * Tíquete Refeição (R$ 42,50 por dia) * Tíquete Alimentação (R$ 320,00 por mês) * Previdência Privada * Bônus anual por desempenho * Vale Transporte (com desconto de 6% em folha) **What We Are Looking For** A senior technical professional who combines deep knowledge of SIM/eSIM technologies with strong customer engagement skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently manage complex technical challenges.
