The Owner will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and supervise any staff or contractors involved in service delivery and marketing activities. Additional responsibilities include developing local partnerships, handling key business decisions, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the community. The role requires hands\-on involvement in both strategic planning and day\-to\-day problem\-solving to support sustainable growth. **Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in small business ownership, entrepreneurship, or operations management. * Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, and basic financial oversight. * Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or community engagement. * Ability to manage on\-site operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure quality control. * Comfort with learning and applying home sanitization or cleaning technologies and safety standards. * Strong organizational, time management, and decision\-making skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus. * Ability to work on\-site full time in Curitiba, PR and take a hands\-on role in daily activities. * Previous experience in home services, cleaning, hygiene, or consumer products is beneficial. * High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering safe, high\-quality services.
