**Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the leadership, development and coaching of Logistics Team Members * Responsible for the leadership of the Logistics Team to develop and implement a consistent distribution strategy based on global framework * Development and implementation of communications to achieve continual improvement of our logistics and distribution value and position. * Manages warehouse and transportation costs to set budgets, productivity KPI * Manages service to the customer through meeting / exceeding set service levels, KPI * Manages Inventory levels and product code life, (FIFO) * Manages staff resources according to underlying current \& future sales trends / set KPI * Liaise and negotiate with Suppliers, (use of Corporate Tender \& SLA process) * Ensures effective communications \& teamwork within department and inter department **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree required, a Master's degree is a nice to have * Advanced English skills are required; the first interview will be conducted in English * SAP knowledge is a plus * Strong supply chain and third party logistics provider experience, distribution and transportation network knowledge, and commercial competence managing operations with different industries, different states, 3PL * Extensive and proven competence in process improvement (LEAN, 5S) * Understanding of P\&L levers (what influences where) * Demonstrated leadership, communication and presentation skills * Has demonstrated consultative, influencing and negotiation skills * Able to manage operational and strategic aspects concurrently
