Senior AI \& Python Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior AI \& Python Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production\-grade artificial intelligence systems. You will play a pivotal role in engineering intelligent applications, ensuring that advanced machine learning models and language processing pipelines are seamlessly integrated into reliable, high\-performance backends. **What You'll Do** * Architect and construct robust backend applications and AI\-driven workflows. * Integrate complex language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments. * Design and deploy scalable pipelines for retrieval\-augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows. * Implement automated MLOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud deployments. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field. * Proven expertise in Python development and building production\-grade AI systems. * Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic or model orchestration frameworks. * Solid hands\-on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows. * Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions. * Advanced proficiency in English.
