The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products. The intern will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms and databases. **In This Role, You’ll** * Monitor critical support incidents, ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support. * Perform root cause analysis, analyze and resolve incidents reported by global customers. * Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers. * Report bugs and system errors to Development Support department. * Participate in local or global projects. **What You’ll Bring** A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast\-paced, evolving environment.
