We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging Instagram Reels that capture attention and communicate ideas effectively. The ideal candidate should understand short\-form content and know how to turn raw clips into polished, visually appealing videos. What You'll Do * Edit raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels. * Create smooth cuts, transitions, and visually appealing sequences. * Add subtitles, text overlays, sound effects, and background music. * Adjust colors, audio, and pacing to improve the final result. * Select suitable footage to maintain audience interest. * Follow creative briefs, reference videos, and brand guidelines. * Prepare videos in the correct format and dimensions for Instagram. * Review edits and make revisions when needed. * Organize project assets and manage editing files. * Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines. Skills \& Qualifications * Experience editing short\-form videos for social media. * Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. * Strong understanding of visual storytelling and video composition. * Ability to create clean, well\-paced, and professional edits. * Familiarity with captions, transitions, and audio synchronization. * Good attention to detail and time management. * Ability to understand instructions and incorporate feedback. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
