PURPOSE This position exists to contributes to and leads the design, implementation and optimisation of the Business Process Framework within the FA LATAM Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The focus is on structuring, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, operational efficiency and digital transformation, ensuring quality standards and the integration of technological tools to optimise operational and organisational performance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as the corporate focal point for Operational Excellence with internal areas and divisional teams. * Coordinate the corporate process architecture, ensuring standardisation, version control, traceability and adherence to defined standards. * Support process owners in the documentation, review and continuous improvement of operational and administrative workflows. * Ensure integration between processes, systems and indicators. * Act as the interface between business areas, projects and technology to ensure digital solutions support Operational Excellence. * Support automation and digitalisation initiatives, promoting efficiency, information reliability and operational discipline. * Contribute to the governance of data, access and licences for digital tools used in operational management. * Support organisational change management related to new processes, indicators and digital solutions. * Contribute to the development of a culture of operational discipline, standardisation and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Completed higher education or equivalent experience in corporate, industrial or mining environments. Experience in process management, indicators, continuous improvement, digital transformation and corporate project support.
