We are looking for a **Senior QA Automation Engineer** to drive quality engineering efforts for the modernization of an industry\-leading platform used by real estate appraisal and valuation professionals. The role focuses on architecting scalable test automation frameworks, driving quality strategy across complex workflows, mentoring team members, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to advance testing efficiency and innovation. **Responsibilities** * Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise\-grade automated testing solutions for web applications, APIs, backend services, and end\-to\-end workflows * Define and drive the overall test automation strategy, standards, and best practices across the team * Lead the adoption and advanced application of Generative AI and LLM tools for intelligent test case generation, test data synthesis, automation scripting, debugging, and proactive identification of edge cases * Design and own the integration of automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability * Define, create, and oversee execution of comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and exploratory testing strategies * Lead validation of REST APIs, data integrity, synchronization mechanisms, and client\-to\-cloud interactions in distributed systems * Perform deep\-dive analysis of application/server logs and lead troubleshooting of complex issues across on\-premises and cloud environments * Establish defect management processes and oversee the full defect lifecycle from identification through verification * Define quality KPIs, monitor metrics, and deliver executive\-level release\-readiness reporting * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams throughout Agile delivery cycles, influencing technical decisions * Mentor and coach junior and mid\-level QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement * Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and technical growth of the QA team **Requirements** * 3\+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on designing and scaling test automation * Proven expertise with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, including framework design from the ground up * Hands\-on experience applying Generative AI/LLMs in QA workflows at scale * Strong proficiency in at least one automation language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C\# * Solid knowledge of SQL, databases, and advanced test design techniques * Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and experience operating within mature delivery organizations * Demonstrated experience mentoring QA engineers and leading quality initiatives * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills * English proficiency at a B2 level to ensure effective communication and documentation **Nice to have** * Extensive API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, Newman, or similar tools * Hands\-on experience with AWS/cloud and hybrid environments * Proven ability to design and execute performance/load testing strategies with JMeter, k6, or similar tools * Working knowledge of security testing principles and practices * Background in real estate, appraisal, FinTech, or other complex data\-driven platforms **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
