Own Your Growth at Nufarm Reporting to the Global CFO, Seed Technologies, with a dotted\-line relationship to the General Manager, Brazil Seeds and General Manager, Brazil Crop Protection, the Regional Financial Controller will lead the finance function across Brazil and Paraguay. This role is critical to ensuring financial performance, operational discipline, and long\-term business success across both Seed Technologies and Crop Protection operations. As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with regional and global leaders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, improve processes, and support strategic decision\-making that drives growth and profitability. How You'll Help Us Grow Lead the finance function across Brazil and Paraguay, supporting both Seed Technologies and Crop Protection operations. Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support performance and growth. Oversee key finance activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, and financial controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes, enhance efficiency, and support business objectives. Build and develop a high\-performing finance team that acts as a true business partner to the organisation. Foster strong cross\-functional relationships across commercial, production, marketing, R\&D, technical and corporate teams. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Could This Be You? You bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people and building capability within teams. Leadership, integrity, adaptability, and a focus on results are qualities that define your approach. You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Post\-graduate qualification in Finance, Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in finance leadership roles. Fluent English communication skills. Strong experience across financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, and financial controls. Nice to have Experience within the agriculture industry.
