**IT Project Manager** ====================== About the Role We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee technology projects, with responsibility for budget management, governance, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication. This role will coordinate work across technical teams, manage project dependencies, and ensure delivery plans remain aligned with business priorities and approved funding. The position does not include direct people management; team members remain under their respective functional and resource managers. Key Responsibilities * Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies. * Monitor spending and resource allocation against approved budgets, identifying variances and coordinating corrective actions. * Maintain visibility into project progress through status reports, highlighting delivery risks, blockers, and decisions required. * Prepare documentation for toll gates and quarterly reviews, supporting approvals for project funding, scope, and planned deliverables. * Track delivery against approved commitments and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. * Manage change control when business priorities, scope, or roadmaps shift, documenting impacts on budget, timelines, and resources. * Coordinate dependencies across frontend, backend, and other technical teams, aligning activities across related projects with separate budgets. * Follow up on action items, escalate issues, and support teams in resolving delivery obstacles. * Align business expectations with available capacity, funding, and technical constraints. * Work closely with technical leads and resource managers to support project execution. * Use ServiceNow and TFS (Team Foundation Server) to support project tracking, reporting, and visibility into outstanding work. Required Qualifications * Experience managing IT or software delivery projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. * Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and resource planning. * Familiarity with project governance, approval gates, status reporting, and change control. * Experience using ServiceNow and TFS to track work items, monitor progress, and support project reporting. * Ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies in an evolving business environment. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain risks, trade\-offs, and delivery constraints. * Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow\-up, issue resolution, and escalation. * Sufficient technical understanding to participate confidently in discussions about APIs, integrations, frontend and backend systems, and cloud services. Technical Understanding The successful candidate should understand how technology components and external services affect project delivery and dependencies. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related services would be beneficial. Hands\-on development or solution architecture expertise is not required
