Remote, or from Paris / São Paulo.** We're hiring on behalf of a fast\-growing, YC\-backed company that provides real\-world training data to frontier AI labs and robotics companies. Its network of 150,000\+ contributors in 150 countries records first\-person footage of real work and gets paid for every approved hour. You'll be the company's voice where its contributors live: Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. You make the content, run the channels and keep the community informed and excited. **What You'll Do** → Build the social media strategy, branding, tone of voice and content calendar → Create short\-form video (Reels, TikToks), visuals and subtitles every day, from idea to post → Run Instagram, TikTok Brazil and US, and community channels on WhatsApp, Discord and Telegram (PT / EN / ES) → Answer comments and DMs fast, post clear updates on payouts and tasks, and shut down scams and false rumours → Find, brief and manage creators, run lives with them and turn each into a week of content → Run country launches, giveaways and community challenges, and report weekly on growth and sentiment **What We're Looking For** → 3\+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace or creator brand → A portfolio with numbers: accounts you grew, videos that took off, communities you built → A creator yourself: you shoot, edit and design daily (CapCut/Premiere, Figma/Canva, GenAI video tools) → Fluent English; Portuguese is a big plus, Spanish a plus; Brazil experience and internet culture a big plus → AI native, calm under pressure, with a big sense of ownership and a real interest in AI and robotics **What's on offer:** $36,000–$48,000 base, fully remote or from a Paris/São Paulo office, an early hire with a path to build and lead the community and content team, and direct work with the founders. **What is TechTree?** TechTree combines AI agents with a human support team to give candidates a better, more transparent hiring experience. **Our AI Agent** gets to know your background, experience, and what you're optimising for.
