**Brazil, Macae** ----------------- **Operations Support/Management** --------------------------------- O (a) Engenheiro (a) de Projetos de Equipamentos de Superficie é responsável por auxiliar o Gerente de Engenharia na coordenação e no fornecimento de suporte de engenharia dentro da organização, como Fichas de Dados de Segurança (SDS) ou Gerenciamento Integrado de Projetos (IPM). * Desenvolver e implementar soluções de engenharia e projetos técnicos, garantindo suporte às operações e à execução dos serviços. * Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, redução de custos, otimização de recursos e aumento da eficiência operacional. * Fornecer suporte técnico às equipes de PSD, Comercial e Vendas, incluindo análises de viabilidade, elaboração de propostas e cotações. * Acompanhar a execução dos projetos, apoiar a gestão de riscos e incidentes, promover melhorias contínuas e manter relacionamento com clientes, garantindo respostas ágeis, informações precisas e soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio. **Requisitos Mínimos** * Formação em **Engenharia**, preferencialmente Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas. * Registro profissional CREA ativo. * Experiência em **engenharia, operações, planejamento e/ou gestão de projetos de equipamentos de superfície**. * Conhecimento prático de **SAP** e **Excel intermediário/avançado**. * Conhecimento em **processos de engenharia, gestão de materiais, planejamento e controle de recursos**. * Experiência com **melhoria contínua, qualidade, redução de custos e eficiência operacional**. * Capacidade para fornecer suporte técnico às áreas de **Operações, Comercial, Vendas e Supply Chain**. * Desejável experiência em empresas industriais, **Oil \& Gas ou ambiente B2B**. * Inglês avançado/fluente (mandatório) SLB offers equal employment opportunity.
