### **Salesforce Data Analyst** The Salesforce Data Analyst bridges business operations and the data ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, building reports and dashboards, analyzing sales/revenue trends, and delivering actionable insights to business and executive teams. ### **What you'll do** * Manage data, report, and dashboard requests, ensuring SLA compliance and prioritizing operational issues. * Perform data loads, auditing, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Monitor data quality and implement validation processes to maintain data integrity. * Build and maintain Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and BI dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI. * Translate business requirements into KPIs, reports, and analytical insights. * Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers on data schemas, integrations, migrations, and third\-party applications. * Identify process improvements across sales, marketing, and customer support using data. * Support ad\-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive teams. * Document data definitions, SOPs, and data dictionaries, and support end\-user training. ### **What we're looking for** * 3\+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Reports, standard/custom objects, SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench. * Intermediate to advanced SQL skills. * Experience with Tableau or Power BI. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and VBA/macros. * Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn CRM data into actionable business insights. ### **Nice to have** * Salesforce Administrator or Data Architecture \& Management Designer certification. * Experience with ETL, data warehouses, Salesforce Data Cloud/360, and system integrations. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum. **Who is Insi?** We are a consulting firm specialized in digital evolution.
