Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked. ***Symrise – always inspiring more...*** **Your Role** * Lead the development of fragrance solutions for Home Care, ensuring creative excellence, technical quality, and alignment with customer briefs, brand positioning, and market trends. * Define development priorities together with Commercial and Marketing teams, directing resources toward high\-potential business opportunities. * Lead, develop, and engage the Fragrance Development team, strengthening capabilities, succession planning, and a high\-performance and collaborative culture. * Build strategic partnerships with customers, Account Managers, and cross\-functional teams, acting as a fragrance expert and contributing to business growth opportunities. * Anticipate consumer, fragrance, and category trends, driving innovation pipelines and differentiated fragrance solutions. * Ensure operational excellence across the project portfolio, including resource allocation, quality standards, and delivery timelines. * Act as a transformation leader, connecting innovation, creativity, performance, profitability, and customer needs to drive business impact. **About You** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Marketing, or a related field.
