Better Life. **Learn more at Sonoco.com** **Junior Sustainability Analyst** **Formação/Requisitos** : * Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering; * Fluent English. **Principais Responsabilidades** : * Coordinate and support the implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives in Brazil, in alignment with global guidelines and goals; * Address and coordinate sustainability requests from clients and internal departments, including responding to questionnaires, preparing technical presentations, and reporting ESG data and indicators; * Support the conduct of life cycle assessments (LCA) and product carbon footprint (PCF) assessments, in partnership with global corporate experts; * Represent Sonoco in associations, forums, working groups, events, and initiatives related to sustainability and the packaging sector; * Monitor environmental laws, regulations, and market trends related to sustainability, the circular economy, reverse logistics for packaging, and climate change, assessing their impacts and potential implications for the business; * Support operations in Brazil with environmental licensing processes and in complying with reporting requirements and legal obligations to environmental agencies, including IBAMA, CETESB, IAT, FEAM, SEMA, and others; * Support t GHG emissions inventory process (Scopes 1, 2, and 3\), working alongside internal departments in Brazil to consolidate, validate, and report data to corporate headquarters; * Support audits, certifications, and assessments related to sustainability and the chain of custody, including FSC® and PEFC; * Develop dashboards for managing and monitoring sustainability \& environment indicators, including Power BI.
