O (a) profissional será responsável por planejar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento da execução de todo escopo de trabalho do projeto, contribuindo para que os produtos sejam entregues de acordo com o prazo, custo e qualidade previstos. **Principais responsabilidades** * Planejar e acompanhar a execução completa dos projetos, garantindo entregas dentro dos prazos, custos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos. * Elaborar cronogramas, baseline e Curva S, monitorando o progresso físico e a performance dos projetos. * Identificar caminhos críticos, riscos e possíveis impactos no cronograma, propondo ações de mitigação. * Estruturar e manter informações dos projetos no SAP (WBS, Network e Atividades). * Atuar na gestão de mudanças, avaliando impactos e apoiando a tomada de decisão. * Liderar interfaces entre Engenharia, Suprimentos, Logística, PCP, Manufatura e Montagem \& Testes. * Garantir o alinhamento entre equipes para atendimento dos compromissos contratuais dos clientes. * Compartilhar conhecimento e apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais menos experientes. **Requisitos Mínimos** * Ensino Superior Completo em **Engenharia de Projetos, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Civil ou áreas correlatas**. * Inglês intermediário. * Conhecimento em elaboração e controle de cronogramas, gestão de riscos e acompanhamento de indicadores de projetos. * Experiência com SAP (WBS, Network e Atividades) será considerada um diferencial. * Desejável vivência em ambientes industriais, engenharia, manufatura ou execução de projetos multidisciplinares.
