Who knows where our shared journey will take you? **Transform the everyday with us!** The Delivery Management Coordinator (DM) in the Brazil is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality readiness. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Unit Brazil and acting as a key partner for local Business Line heads. **The mission is to boost Global Business Service (GBS) Brazil to the next level of data\- and process\-driven excellence and quality culture.** **You’ll make an impact by:** **Strategic****Transformation and Standardization** * Leading the design and implementation of the Operational excellence roadmap for Brazil. * Working in close alignment with Business Line Heads, Service Unit Heads, Heads to drive process standardization across the Americas. * Reducing process complexity and improving service delivery throughout the region. * Establishing and maintaining a robust governance structure for continuous improvement projects. * Ensuring clear quality readiness and stable operations. **Operational** **Excellence** * Performance management review and performance maturity level * Enabling data\-driven decision\-making at all levels of the organization and using real\-time dashboards \& KPIs for continuous improvement (Obeya rooms) * ServiceNOW governance – usage of global platform to monitor operations track incidents, and enable data\-driven decisions * Tracking quality and cycle\-time improvements alongside financial and operational impact. * Translating process insights into executed improvements and measurable business impact. **Continuous Improvement** * Driving the cultural shift toward a continuous improvement mindset. * Establish a structured CI framework, promote upskilling and foster innovation across GBS organization * Sharing regional best practices and insights with global partners. * Providing coaching, training, and mentorship in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to lead process harmonization, eliminate waste and process optimization. **Quality Management** * Ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence through global standards and control frameworks for quality. * Ensure alignment with ISO Standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), and ISO27001 (Information Security) * Lead internal and external certifications, maintaining full audit readiness through updated documentation and structured evidence management * Ensure business continuity through business continuity plans (BCPs) and resilience integration into GBS strategy and corporate compliance. * Lead enablement and growth into the organization through structured knowledge frameworks, incident monitoring and root cause analysis **Basic Qualifications** * Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar disciplines * 5\+ years of experience leading operational excellence, business transformation, or shared services organizations. * Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, and Agile methodologies. * Experience designing, launching, and scaling complex transformation initiatives. * Experience with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO22301, ISO27001\) * English language proficiency. * Human\-centered leader who prioritizes culture, alignment, and organizational effectiveness. * Passion for continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to enhance our operations and ensure our quality readiness * Collaborative, approachable leader with the ability to challenge ideas constructively, influence stakeholders, and develop high\-performing teams. **Work location and employment model:** * CLT (formal employment contract), hybrid (remote work on some days of the week!) * Jundiaí – São Paulo If this sounds like a good fit for you, come apply! **About Siemens:** We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
