This approach reduces risk, improves predictability, and drives stronger outcomes across the project lifecycle. **Role Description** The MEP BIM Modeler role at Strata is a full\-time on\-site position based in Goiânia, GO or Santos, SP. This role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs. Day\-to\-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, updating models to reflect design changes, and ensuring models adhere to project standards and company guidelines. The MEP BIM Modeler collaborates closely with project teams to support clash detection, design reviews, and digital construction workflows, contributing to accurate documentation and efficient project delivery. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience using industry\-standard BIM software tools. * Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ability to model MEP components accurately. * Ability to interpret and develop Construction Drawings, including coordination between disciplines. * Understanding of architecture and structure fundamentals to support integration of MEP models with architectural and structural models. * Experience working as a BIM Modeler or in a similar digital construction or design coordination role. * Attention to detail, strong spatial awareness, and ability to maintain data accuracy in complex models. * Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams. * Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field. * Familiarity with 4D visualization, project controls, or digital construction workflows is an advantage.
