This role acts as a bridge between business areas and technology teams, helping employees understand how AI can create value in their daily activities, identifying opportunities for automation, and transforming business challenges into AI\-driven solutions. The professional will serve as an internal AI advisor, coach, and evangelist, enabling business teams to leverage AI responsibly while ensuring measurable business outcomes through governance, metrics, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** **AI Business Consulting \& Enablement** * Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and strategic objectives. * Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision\-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency. * Translate business requirements into AI use cases and automation initiatives. * Conduct AI assessments and maturity analyses across business functions. * Advise managers and employees on best practices for AI adoption. **AI Strategy \& Solution Design** * Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and technologies available in the market. * Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, vendors, and innovations. * Design AI\-powered workflows and automation opportunities. * Define business cases, expected benefits, risks, and implementation roadmaps. * Work with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and according to global AI regulations. **Training, Coaching \& Change Management** * Deliver workshops, webinars, and keynote presentations on AI adoption. * Act as an AI coach for employees and leadership teams. * Develop training materials, guides, playbooks, and best practices. * Support departments in identifying AI opportunities within their specific business context. * Foster an innovation mindset and AI\-first culture across the organization. **AI Automation \& Process Optimization** * Analyze business workflows and identify repetitive, manual, and time\-consuming activities. * Design AI\-assisted and AI\-driven automations. * Work with technical teams to implement solutions using AI platforms and automation tools. * Define success criteria and measure realized business benefits. * Support proof\-of\-concepts and pilot projects. **Governance, Metrics \& Continuous Improvement** * Define and maintain AI adoption KPIs and dashboards. * Measure productivity improvements, user adoption, business value, and ROI. * Establish reporting mechanisms for management and executive teams. * Monitor responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurable results. **Required Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. * AI, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Automation certifications are desirable. * Project Management MBA or Certification is desirable. **Experience** * Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, or AI\-related initiatives. * Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement. * Experience translating business needs into technology solutions. * Experience with AI platforms and automation technologies. **Technical Knowledge** * Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas\-SP. * Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Generative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). * Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform). * Process automation tools. * Business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Agile Delivery) * Data analytics and KPI development. * AI governance, security, and responsible AI concepts. **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical thinking. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Coaching and mentoring capabilities. * Strategic mindset with business acumen. * Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies. * Change management and facilitation skills.
