The team partners across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Product, and UX to accelerate growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize business outcomes across Auto, Property, Specialty, and digital channels. As Manager, Web Experience \& Growth, you will own the customer\-facing, front\-end website experience across Farmers.com, Foremost.com and BristolWest.com. You will be responsible for how our websites are presented to customers, including site content, information architecture, navigation, landing pages, calls to action, and the overall experience that guides customers to quote, purchase and service. You will define and execute the strategic roadmap for continuously improving the website experience, using customer insights, analytics, SEO and experimentation to increase traffic, engagement, conversion and self\-service. You will lead a team of web content professionals and partner closely with Marketing, SEO, Product, UX, Analytics and Technology to translate customer and business needs into intuitive, high\-performing digital experiences.
