We are looking for a **Procurement Category Manager Lead** to join Campari and play a key role in driving both regional category initiatives and local business partnering activities. This position sits at the intersection of category management, stakeholder engagement, supplier strategy, and business transformation, offering broad exposure across Latin America and the global organization. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and global procurement teams while contributing to strategic sourcing decisions that influence some of Campari's most important markets. It is an excellent opportunity for procurement professionals looking to expand their international exposure, drive transformational initiatives, develop supplier strategies, and strengthen their leadership through influence in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the main procurement business partner for Brazil, supporting strategic and operational business priorities. * Lead category management activities for Glass across key markets (Argentina an Mexico). * Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives. * Manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships to deliver value, resilience, and innovation. * Influence stakeholders across multiple functions, countries, and leadership levels. * Support major business and supply chain initiatives, including manufacturing and new product development projects. * Drive supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor market dynamics, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision\-making. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) in Beverage, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or Manufacturing industries. * Strong track record managing direct materials, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial categories (knowledge of the glass industry is considered a nice to have). * Experience negotiating with suppliers, building long\-term supplier partnerships and stakeholder management. * Ability to influence and lead cross\-functional initiatives without direct authority. * Experience operating in regional and matrix environments. * Strategic mindset combined with a hands\-on approach and strong execution capabilities. * Previous experience working in global procurement structures. * Fluent English and Portuguese, with Spanish considered a strong advantage. **Location:** Alphavile/Barueri – SP. **Our commitment to Diversity \& Inclusion:** At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
