**English : B2 / Fluent** Required Skills \& Qualifications • **3\-4 years** of experience only in Technical Recruiting / IT Recruitment. • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements. • Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search. • Experience sourcing candidates in Brazil / Latin America. • Strong candidate communication and relationship\-building skills. • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening. • Ability to work with multiple requirements and prioritize effectively. • Strong written and spoken English. • Portuguese or Spanish communication skills would be an advantage. Preferred • Experience working with IT services, consulting, system integration, or staffing companies. • Experience recruiting for enterprise clients and large\-scale technology projects. • Experience with permanent, contract, and contract\-to\-hire positions. • Familiarity with ATS/recruitment systems and recruitment metrics.
