trueITpros · Remoto, BR

*Vaga 100% remota para profissionais residentes no Brasil. Inglês avançado (C1\) é obrigatório: o processo seletivo e o trabalho do dia a dia são conduzidos em inglês.* **About trueITpros** trueITpros is a managed IT services provider (MSP) based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a second office in Valdosta, Georgia. We manage the technology of small and mid\-sized businesses across legal, aerospace and defense, automotive, lending, utilities, real estate and healthcare\-adjacent industries: help desk, Microsoft 365, networks, security, backup and cloud. Our engineering team is distributed and works with clients remotely every day. **The role** When a new client signs with us, someone has to make sure the handover from their previous IT provider actually happens: every credential collected, every device under management, every account secured, every promise to the client kept, on the dates we said. That someone is the Onboarding Project Manager. This is a project management role, not a technical one. You will not configure firewalls or migrate mailboxes. You will own the plan, the dates, the client communication and the checklist, and you will make sure the engineers finish what they start. The core skill is the ability to look at an onboarding that has been marked "complete", find what was not actually done, and get it done. You report to the General Manager and work directly with our engineers and with our clients' office managers and owners. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Brasília time while U.S. daylight saving is in effect, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM the rest of the year). **Engagement:** independent contractor (PJ), invoiced monthly. **Pay:** from USD 900 per month, paid in U.S. dollars. Final pay depends on experience and performance. **What you will do** * Own every client onboarding from signed agreement to client sign\-off: kickoff call, information gathering, handover from the previous provider, deployment, documentation and acceptance. * Run the onboarding checklist and verify each step with evidence before marking it done. "The engineer said it's done" is not evidence; a screenshot, a report or a test result is. * Schedule engineers' onboarding work and hold them to the dates. Escalate early when something slips. * Keep the client informed: a clear plan at the start, weekly updates, and a straight answer when something changes. * Reconcile what we documented against what we are managing and billing: users, devices, licenses, mailboxes. * Keep client documentation complete and current (network information, credentials, vendor contacts) in our documentation platform. * Coordinate internal projects that follow the same pattern (tool migrations, security rollouts across all clients). * Send the General Manager a short weekly status on every active onboarding and project: what is done, what is late, what needs a decision. * Suggest improvements to the onboarding process once you have run it a few times. **What we are looking for** * 3\+ years coordinating technical delivery in a service business, where the work was done by technicians or engineers you did not manage and you were still responsible for the date. Examples: an MSP or IT services company, telecom or low\-voltage installation, ERP/EHR/software implementations, construction project coordination. * Exceptional attention to detail. You cross\-check documents against each other, you notice when a count does not add up, and you do not close an item without evidence. * The ability to hold your position politely with people who are more technical than you, and to keep chasing an open item until it is closed. * English at C1 level or better, written and spoken. You will write to U.S. clients every day and lead calls with them. * Working knowledge of the tools and concepts you will be coordinating: Microsoft 365 administration, basic networking (firewalls, switches, Wi\-Fi, ISPs), remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, backup, endpoint security. You do not need to configure them; you need to know what "done" looks like. * Comfortable with project tracking tools and disciplined about keeping them current. * A quiet, reliable home office with good internet, available 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. **Nice to have:** experience at an MSP; experience with Atera, ConnectWise, NinjaOne or similar; ITIL, CAPM or PMP; experience working with U.S. clients; Spanish. **How we hire** We are transparent about the process so you can decide if it is worth your time: 1\. Apply on Indeed with your CV in English and the screening questions answered. 2\. A short online assessment (attention to detail, English, communication), under one hour. 3\. A 75\-minute work sample: you review a completed client onboarding and find what was not done, then handle a scheduling problem with an engineer and a client. 4\. A 20\-minute video conversation about your work sample with the General Manager an
