This role involves transforming these insights into business intelligence and clear execution applications at the point of sale (POS), including success pictures, trade activation plans, channel strategies, among others. This position plays a crucial role in influencing the execution of sales and trade marketing strategies and leads the mapping of macroeconomic trends, shopper behavior, and sales channels. Key Responsibilities * Translate shopper behavior data into actionable insights for Commercial teams, providing business guidance based on analyses and hypotheses across different channels, categories, shoppers and their needs, missions, and purchase planning levels. * Evaluate the effectiveness of in\-store actions (pricing, visibility, secondary displays, communication materials, among others). * Understand and map shopper purchasing behavior in both physical and digital retail environments. * Work with diverse data, analyses, and sources to recommend applicable strategies. * Build clear, strategic narratives based on data, answering business questions for stakeholders and mapping market trends based on shopper and channel behavior. * Collaborate with areas such as Trade, Sales, and Marketing, acting as a strategic business partner. Technical Competencies * Bachelor's degree required. * Knowledge in the field of shopper insights, including its tools and analytical indicators. * Ability to transform data into business intelligence: analyze and interpret data to identify relevant shopper trends and insights, developing implications and powerful selling stories using insights gained from tests, research, analyses, and related sources. * Solid knowledge of market research methodologies, including Nielsen and Scantech, as well as experience in conducting ad hoc research. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in teams, influence strategic decisions, and deliver presentations to stakeholders and retail clients. * Advanced English profici
