GE Vernova is seeking a detail\-oriented Project Control Associate to support our project finance team. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and seamless project delivery across our SAB I and SAB II project portfolios. You will work closely with our Project Controllers to maintain financial data integrity and ensure consistent support for our Project Directors. **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities**: * Support monthly billing and collection management processes, ensuring continuous cash flow for project bundles. * Collect and organize contractual evidence, such as purchase orders, timesheets, and travel expenses, ensuring a structured and audit\-ready project history. * Collaborate in the preparation of monthly project reports, as well as assist in accrual tracking and the refinement of budget forecasts. * Manage control worksheets and consolidate internal financial data to provide an accurate overview of project performance and status. * Provide operational support for the execution of scope changes, including design, supply, and construction adjustments, while ensuring data traceability. * Ensure the integrity and immediate availability of documentation for internal and external audits (GEV/OPG), mitigating risks and ensuring compliance. **Required Qualification:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting. * Previous experience in financial data entry, reporting, or project coordination. * Advanced skills in Excel and financial software, with desirable knowledge of Power BI. * Strong ability to manage documentation and data for multiple project bundles simultaneously with high attention to detail. * Proven ability to work within a tiered team structure, supporting senior members and ensuring seamless information flow. * Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency are mandatory for the role. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
