**TREASURY ANALYST – Credit and Collections** **Do you have 5\+ years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ideally within a multinational corporate environment, maintaining customer credit, and handling collection routines and cash flow control?** **DyStar is seeking to fulfill a key role to support Finance and Accounting for Brazil. Must be able to communicate in English with the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States and with the Global Headquarters in Singapore\- must have good skills in writing and speaking. This is an on\-site role in Sao Paulo (not open to remote or hybrid work).** **Job Summary:** * Hold end\-to\-end accountability for both domestic and international cash management and drive efficiency across Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) streams. Administer customer credit risk, lead collection strategy, control liquidity forecasting, and maintain vital banking and vendor relationships. Serve as a key partner for financial health, and ensure total operational compliance utilizing SAP\-ERP, DyCash, and JEDOX. **Supervisory Responsibilities: None** **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute daily downloads of bank statements to perform accurate cash visibility checks and liquidity tracking. * Log daily and monthly entry data meticulously into the DyCash system and JEDOX platform to ensure data integrity and robust financial forecasting. * Drive end\-to\-end cash flow control and report variables to local and corporate leadership. * Manage domestic and international Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice\-to\-cash cycles. * Maintain the local AR portfolio within Internet Banking via automated electronic file exchanges (CNAB) and direct system monitoring in SAP\-ERP. * Evaluate customer credit risk, determine credit limit controls, and manage the workflow to release blocked sales orders for invoicing safely. * Execute collections strategy, executing proactive direct communication (calls and emails) to resolve overdue customer accounts efficiently. * Manage domestic and international Accounts Payable workflows, ensuring vendor commitments are met transparently. * Prepare, process, and authorize domestic payment batches via electronic files within local Internet Banking platforms. * Manage and optimize specific banking structures, including Vendor Operations, supplier discounts, and related corporate banking facilities. * Oversee data accuracy and account matching for international payables and receivables within global systems. * Prepare comprehensive monthly treasury and financial closing reports to guarantee the absolute precision of local financial statements. * Ensure all transactional workflows comply with internal controls, corporate governance, and local Brazilian financial regulations. * Execute day\-to\-day and month\-closing activities relevant to the Collections, AR, and AP departments. **Experience and Education Requirements:** **•** A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related degree and • 5\+ years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ideally within a multinational corporate environment, maintaining customer credit, and handling collection routines and cash flow control. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** **•** Business fluency in English and Portuguese is required for navigating local operations and international reporting lines • Excellent computer skills, with advanced skill in MS Excel * Basics of journal entries required • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills **This is an on\-site role in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not open for hybrid or remote work.** **Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role.** **About Us:** DyStar is a leading specialty chemical company with a heritage of more than a century in product development and innovation from the textile industry.
