Contract Logistics Solutions Improvement Manager is responsible to push Digital Transformation and Continiuous Improvement within Kuehne \+ Nagel Brazil organization, by identifying, developing and executing initiatives to optimize operational processes to increase its efficiency and enable new technological capabilities. This role acts as strategic link between Business Unit, IT and Operations, ensuring that implemented technological solutions generate sustainable value and are aligned to Corporate targets and deliver operational excellence at all levels. **How you create impact** Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Contract Logistics operations. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Advanced Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Drive innovation through Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilot programs, and technology deployments. Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen\-based process improvements. Lead high\-impact projects involving automation, operational redesign, and technology implementation. Develop governance models, project roadmaps, and transformation strategies. Promote data\-driven decision\-making through dashboards, predictive models, and operational analytics. Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Partner with senior stakeholders and provide executive\-level reporting on project outcomes and ROI. **What we would like you to bring** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Master's degree and/or MBA preferred. * Green Belt, Project Management, or equivalent certifications are highly valued. **Experience** * 5\+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, or 3PL/4PL environments. * Proven success implementing warehouse, transportation, inventory, or last\-mile improvements. * Strong background in logistics technologies including WMS, TMS, YMS, OMS, and LMS platforms. * Experience leading transformation projects involving automation, process redesign, and technology deployment. * Solid project management expertise using Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar methodologies. * English skills advanced. **What's in it for you** At Kuehne\+Nagel, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of logistics through innovation, technology, and operational excellence.
