Proudly family\-owned and operated, Wego is led by two generations of leadership who bring passion, vision, and a long\-term commitment to our partners' success. **Job Summary** The Logistics Analyst leads complex logistics operations across domestic and international scopes, managing all stages from order entry to delivery. Responsibilities include strategic negotiation of logistics contracts, proactive customer communication, documentation coordination with Finance, and compliance support for Quality and Regulatory teams. The analyst monitors strategic KPIs and leverages Oracle Cloud, Office 365, Salesforce, and Copilot to optimize performance and ensure transparency. **Responsibilities** * Lead and oversee end\-to\-end logistics operations, including direct and local shipments. * Proactively communicate order status to customers and resolve operational issues. * Monitor all shipment stages and ensure proactive customer updates. * Negotiate and manage logistics contracts with transparency and strategic alignment. * Request and ensure timely delivery of fiscal and regulatory documents from Finance and Regulatory/Quality. * Guide and support Quality and Regulatory teams in compliance matters. * Analyze and report strategic logistics KPIs and propose improvements. * Represent the company in meetings with key partners and clients. * Take full responsibility of leadership and commitment to results. **Key Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate studies preferred. * Fluent English for daily business communication. * 5\+ years of experience in multimodal logistics. * Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud, Office 365, Salesforce, Copilot, and BI tools. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proven team\-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude. * Excellent interpersonal skills to serve as a bridge between developers, project managers, and customer support. * Solid analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively. * Applicants may be asked to demonstrate English proficiency during the recruitment process.
