Desenvolver relacionamento estratégico com oftalmologistas, clínicas e hospitais da região. Executar o plano de visitação médica, garantindo cobertura e frequência adequadas do território. Identificar oportunidades de negócio e implementar ações para alcance dos objetivos comerciais. Conduzir apresentações científicas e participar de eventos da especialidade. Acompanhar indicadores de performance, mantendo atualizados os registros em CRM. Requisitos Ensino Superior completo. Experiência em visitação médica e geração de demanda na indústria farmacêutica. Vivência em gestão de território e atingimento de metas comerciais. Conhecimento do mercado farmacêutico e dinâmica de relacionamento com médicos. Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação externa. CNH válida. Será considerado diferencial experiência na especialidade de Oftalmologia e relacionamento com médicos da região de Brasília/DF. Competências Comunicação e influência.
