**About the role and team** Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Partner Manager within the Uber Advertising team, you are at the forefront of a high\-stakes startup environment. You'll build mutually beneficial partnerships with top brands, bridging Uber's massive Mobility data with real\-world marketing objectives. The pace here is fast and the environment is unmapped; you'll need to make smart decisions with imperfect information and own them end\-to\-end. This role isn't just about managing accounts\-it's about resilient problem\-solving and consultative storytelling in a landscape that changes daily. If you are energized by the "messy reality" of building a new division and motivated by the challenge of influencing key marketing decision\-makers, this is where you'll grow. **What you'll do*** Develop and manage ads partnership strategies, navigating internal complexity and shifting priorities to exceed quarterly growth goals. * Build and sustain trusting relationships with brand marketing leads and agency partners, earning their confidence through reliability and deep platform expertise. * Own the end\-to\-end launch and reporting of complex campaigns, proactively communicating updates and setting realistic expectations through the inevitable friction of high\-velocity execution. * Identify patterns in campaign performance and pitch data\-backed recommendations to unlock incremental wins and increase partner investment. * Act as the voice of the customer, unblocking growth by communicating product limitations and messy feedback to internal product and operations teams. * Build best\-practice playbooks from scratch to drive product adoption at scale, wearing many hats to support the team as challenges arise. **Basic Qualifications*** 4\+ years of experience in end\-to\-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale ads campaigns for complex, multi\-stakeholder brands. * Experience building direct relationships with brand digital marketing managers and media agency partners. * Experience with digital advertising measurement and attribution frameworks. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. **Preferred Qualifications*** Proficiency in SQL to quantify opportunities and build sophisticated data\-driven narratives. * Ability to use AI tools to drive operational efficiency in a fast\-paced environment. * Demonstrated grit and resourcefulness when navigating ambiguous product or market conditions. **Ready to Ride?** This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook \- it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves \- we'd love to hear from you.
