About the Team Our Data Quality to Insights team is dedicated to delivering trusted, actionable reporting that empowers both our Sales organization and business leaders to make informed decisions. A core responsibility of our team is ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data, while developing meaningful KPIs that drive business performance. In this role, you will play a key part in validating and enhancing data within our Snowflake environment, identifying anomalies, troubleshooting data issues, and helping maintain the reliability of our reporting solutions. You will also contribute to the migration and modernization of our reporting assets to Snowflake. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Market Planning, Finance, and IT to ensure our data assets deliver maximum business value and support strategic decision\-making. What You’ll Do As a BI Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our reporting journey. You will: Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and support the design of dashboards in Power BI Understand the day\-to\-day role of our district sales managers to implement solutions to make their life easier Work the business teams to understand the requirements and confirm business rules for our KPIs Cross\-analyze multiple data sources to connect the dots and surface insights that drive smarter decisions Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that highlight business risks, leakage, or new growth opportunities Validate new data sources in Snowflake that need to be integrated to our datasets. What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a mix of technical skills, curiosity, and business sense: Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong skills in Power BI (5 years) Strong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouse technologies (ideally Snowflake). Analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity—you love digging into data and uncovering the story it tells. Problem\-solving drive—comfortable tackling complex data puzzles and simplifying them into actionable insights.
