🇧🇷 We’re Hiring: Smart Water Meter Delivery Project Manager **FiberHome Brasil \| São Paulo \| Senior \| Full\-time** FiberHome is looking for an experienced **Smart Water Meter (AMI) Delivery Project Manager** to lead complex technology delivery projects in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered with strong control of **scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, compliance, and customer acceptance** . 🔹 Responsibilities * Lead projects from **contract execution through final delivery and operations handover** . * Manage project **scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, changes, and milestones** . * Coordinate customers, suppliers, contractors, laboratories, regulators, and international teams. * Manage the integration of **smart meters, NB\-IoT connectivity, cloud/data platforms, AI solutions, and mobile applications** . * Lead testing, certification, customer acceptance, and regulatory compliance activities. * Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, installation, system integration, and field activities. * Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. * Manage commercial milestones, invoicing, collections, and payment follow\-up. * Ensure successful project handover to operations. 🎯 Requirements * **5 years in project management** . * At least **2 years of international/overseas project delivery experience** . * Experience with **AMI, smart metering, IoT, telecommunications, or field engineering projects** . * Experience coordinating complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Knowledge of **cloud/IoT platforms, APIs, data systems, and mobile applications** . * Understanding of **NB\-IoT** and connected\-device ecosystems. * Familiarity with Brazilian technical and regulatory requirements, including **ANATEL and INMETRO** . * **Fluent Portuguese** and **Advanced/Business English** . * Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate/specialization preferred. * **PMP/PgMP or CREA** certification is a strong advantage. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **AI\-enabled products or acceptance metrics** . * Experience managing international teams, particularly **China–Brazil projects** . * Strong commercial judgment and experience managing project margins and collections. * Experience working with customers, regulators, testing laboratories, and third\-party contractors.
