**Remote Operations Coordinator – Premium Home Cleaning Company (Brazil\-based, US hours)** **About Dusting Pro** Dusting Pro Cleaning Services is a premium residential cleaning company serving Plymouth and the South Shore of Massachusetts, USA. We are growing, and we are building systems to support that growth. **The Role** You will keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the communication bridge between our clients, our cleaning team, and our office. Your job is to make sure every visit is scheduled correctly, every question is answered, and nothing falls through the cracks. **What You'll Do** * Manage daily schedules and dispatch cleaners: confirm appointments, adjust for changes, and fill gaps * Serve as the main point of contact for our cleaners during the workday, handling access issues, running late, and supplies * Communicate with clients by text, email, and phone: confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and follow\-ups * Run post\-cleaning quality checks and route any concerns for resolution within 24 hours * Support recurring client rebooking and flag clients who haven't rebooked * Keep records, notes, and checklists accurate in Housecall Pro, Slack, and Google Workspace * Follow our procedures and suggest improvements when something isn't working * Other operations related tasks **What We're Looking For** * Strong written and spoken English (clients and cleaners are in the US) * 2\+ years in operations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or VA work * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and calm under pressure * Experience with Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar field\-service software is a strong plus * Comfortable using Slack and Google Workspace * Warm, professional, and patient communication style * Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during US Eastern business hours **What We Offer** * Long\-term, full\-time remote position with a growing US company * competitive pay * Clear systems, written procedures, and direct access to the CEO * Room to grow as the business scales Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From R$4,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Remote
